Based in Brussels, İnci brings a unique bridge between Turkish production expertise and the European market. With a strong command of English and direct experience living and working within the European business environment, she leads AFIPACK’s international business development, client relations, and market expansion across the EU and UK.
Her position in Brussels, at the heart of European trade and policy, gives AFIPACK direct insight into market expectations, regulatory standards, and the needs of European distributors and brands
Ferda Acar — Co-Founder, Production & Quality Management
Ferda brings over 40 years of hands-on experience in the packaging and printing industry. Having held senior leadership roles at established Turkish manufacturers, including General Director and Board Member positions, she has built deep expertise in production management, technical development, quality control, and supply chain coordination.
Her career spans complex production environments and close collaboration with local and international brands, giving AFIPACK a strong foundation in reliable, European-standard production processes.
